Cardiff Council has published advice to help your business through the business continuity management process.

To help you plan for any sort of business disruption we have produced a simple Business Continuity Plan Template for small and medium sized businesses.

The Business Continuity Institute defines Business Continuity Management as follows:

‘Business Continuity Management is a holistic management process that identifies potential business impacts that threaten an organisation and provides a framework for building resilience with the capability for an effective response that safeguards the interests of its key stakeholders, reputation, brand and value creating activities.’
